How to Brew
Grind Coffee
Fine, but not as fine as espresso. Like table salt.
Prepare
Fill the bottom chamber with hot water up to the valve.
Add Coffee
Fill the filter basket with ground coffee. Level it off without tamping.
Assemble
Attach the top and bottom tightly, but don’t overtighten.
Heat
Place on medium heat with the lid open.
Watch
Coffee will start bubbling out. When you hear hissing or gurgling, remove from heat.
Serve
Stir the brewed coffee in the top chamber, then pour and enjoy.
Tips for Better Brews
Use hot water in the base to prevent metallic taste.
Remove from heat early to avoid burnt flavors.
Stir the top chamber before serving for a balanced cup.
Clean right after brewing to keep flavors clean.
